Privacy policy

What we collect

When you submit a diagnosis request, we collect your name, work email, company, role, country, time zone, language preference, the question and goals you describe, preferred times, and how you heard about us. We also record the submission time and basic technical information for abuse prevention and troubleshooting.

Why we collect it

We use this information to review fit, contact you, arrange the consultation, send confirmations, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share your details only with the expert you select or are matched with, for the purpose of this inquiry. We use Cloudflare to host the site and Resend to send email; those providers process data within their services.

How long we keep it

Unconverted requests are kept for 12 months. Completed engagement records are kept for 24 months, or longer where required by law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw consent. Write to hello@vela-advisory.com.

Cookies and analytics

We use a necessary cookie for administrator login. Public pages do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy.

Cross-border transfers

Because we serve clients globally, information may be processed in China, Singapore, Europe or the United States. We use reasonable contractual and technical safeguards.
